Data we collect

Through the reservation form we collect your name, surname, email address, phone number, reservation date and time, number of guests and any note you add.

Why we use it

We use this data to receive your reservation request, contact you about it and plan our service. The legal basis is the establishment and performance of the requested service and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Sharing and storage

Your data is stored on our hosting provider's servers and is visible to authorised staff. Staff may also be notified of reservations by email and through a messaging service. Your data is not sold, and is shared with public authorities only where the law requires it. We keep it only as long as necessary for these purposes and our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to info@mouzbistro.com to use these rights.
